They probably will since the Tein Basics, and Skunk2's also fit the Si. Not sure on the springrates though.

The Tein Basics are the same for both the Civic and the EP3. Some people have had skunk2 coilovers which are made for the Civic on the EP3 for a long time also.

Measure your struts... The Civic fronts are 51mm.
I don't know about the back ones, but chances are if the fronts are the same size, the back ones will be as well.

They will fit. I seriously doubt you can notice the spring rate differences as they are very small differences and unnoticable.

my friend has tein flex, for the 01 civic. friend drives an 02 SI. it fits perfectly with alittle drilling.
you need to enlarge the two strut mounting bolt hole on the strut. forgot what size. but it'll fit no problem.

I bought coilovers for my ep3 and they turned out to be for the rsx. they DO NOT FIT.. the front springs on the ep3 are totally different than the 01 civic or the RSX. I just bought the EIBACH sportline lowering springs for my ep3 and they fit and ride great. GOOD LUCK!
