91 CRX HF B16a for sale PA

Okay, I am thinking about selling my crx. It is a 91 HF body, with almost 240,000 miles on the chassis (over 3 motors). I bought it from a friend, who bought it from a friend, so i know all of the previous owners (i am 3rd). The motor is a JDM b16a1 from Nippon motors, installed a little over a year and a half ago. Motor runs good, oil pan is dented from hitting somthing on the road a while ago, but it still is holding oil (havent noticed leakage). Tranny is an S-1 (no lsd) and it had a third gear synchro problem causing it to grind when you shift above 3600 rpms or so. Still completely drivable (it is my daily driver and has been since swap). Body has no rust, except for a small slit on front fender that is fron a paint chip. Body is pretty good, original paint, normal dings/dents for a 1991 car, factory white, never been in an accident. The car passed PA state inspection and emmissions legally the past 2 years, inspection good through April 04. The car runs good, idles alittle hi when first started up, but drops to a consistant 1000 rpm idle after warmed up, Here is list of modifications
Engine:
JDM B16a1
S-1 tranny (third grinds sometimes)
Spec stage 3 racing clutch (grabs like a bitch, but makes some noise occasionally)
-installed less then a year ago (was new when installed, flywheel resurfaced also)
Zdyne 1 wire ecu conversion
Hasport billet mounts
AEM cold air intake
Bosal catback with hi flow cat
B18C header (stock)
Rear mounted battery in Taylor Battery box
Suspension:
Tokico illumina 5 way adjustable gas shocks
progress racing springs
CRX Si front breaks
New integra axles (less then a year old)
Interior:
S2000 shift **** (dont flame, I know my car is no a 6 spd, its all i had when we were building the car)
Sony Xplod head unit
Rockford fosgate front speakers
I forget what kind, but it has aftermarket rear speakers as well.
2 guage pod on A pillar (emply currently)
Original "CRX" labelled floor mats
Drivers seat has tear in the common spot, other then that interior is good.
oh yea, the front bumper grills are cut for when it was a B16a turbo and the intercooler sat there, but that was a while ago, and it was a different B16a, so no need to worry about a boosted motor.
Asking $3500

im about 25min from doylestown , would u trade two cars for one or do u want $$$, i have a 89 crx si and 90 integra ls ill trade for your rex, u can keep some of the stuff on the car like rims system etc. i just want the car itself u know, both cars are running, and the rex needs an inspection sticker. my gen 2 is my daily driver for now, and the rex has a rebuilt d16, clena car except for the rust in the rear quaters. and a small crack in windshield.

well, heers the deal, i am really not interested in a trade, unless it is for a late model GSR + money, because i am not really looking for another "project car". Otherwise, the deal sounds good. But i am really just trying to sell it so i can have a downpayment on a newer car probably from a dealer with a warrenty (a joy i have NEVER known).
