I have an oil leak somewhere and I am trying to pin it down...One of my options was possible the vtec solenoid housing...any one had this problem before?

 

i have had the problem, i bought a new honda VTEC solenoid gasket, and a cam plug seal. no more oil leak, another problem you may have is the o-ring for the distributor it may also be worn out. mark the distributor so you can put it back in the same position remove the distributor and check the o-ring.
