SFP cast turbo manifold for D-series

SFP cast long mani for all D-series. Flanged for Mitsubishi turbo's (TD05/1G DSM).

This mani allows SOHC guys to run any of the TD05 Mitsu combinations (16G, Super 16G, 18G, 20G).
