Default Fuel Management question for built '00 Si

My friend has a '99 Civic Si w/ JE Pistons 10:1, Eagle Rods, Competition Cams Stage 2, Competition retainers/springs/valves, and a ported and polished intake manifold. Apparently he bored out the block too. I don't know how much but I just called the machine shop and they said they did. He was going to get back me with the specs. He also has DC 4-2-1 Headers, AEM CAI V2, Random Cat, DC Twin Canister Exhaust, ACT HDSS and ACT Streetlite flywheel. Will these mods will he need any fuel management units? Or can he jsut get a VAFC and tune the stock injectors?

I don't know. But do you have any suggestions for fuel management?

any standalone will beter tune a fuel curve. an afc is a cheaper way to go. but the hondata s200 is pretty inexpensive but you will need a conversion harness, depends on how far he wants to go with it. to extrack all potential, standalone is the only way to go.
