b16..!!

Default b16..!!

has anyone recieved a motor from like any of the jdm suppliers...osakajdmmotor,hondamotoroline,nippon, ETC...well i got mine from osakajdmmotors.. and when i got my motor it was clean and all but there was like this oil line from the drain plug of the oil pan instead of a solid plug this plug had a steel line in the drain plug. and another steel oil line looking thing connected to some sensor.. ??.. i jess hope my motor was not turbo charge, i jess hope they had this oil cooling system from japan .... has anyone gotten a motor like that..?..or heard of something liek that let me know..thanks and what should i do with the line on the sensor/connector..?

Without pics it's hard to tell what you mean. My little brother's old D16Y8 was turbo'd before he got it, it ran just fine... as long as the compression is fine, don't worry about it.

I'm not sure what you mean with the tube and the sensor.

You'll have to post pics of it. Sounds like some kind of custom set up though.

Hate to break it to you but it sounds as if your motor was turbo charged while it was in its previous car. I would have it thoroughly checked to make sure it is strong. Otherwise you might run it and it could die really quickly. Sounds like a prime candidate for a rebuild.
