i am doing an auto to manual tranny swap in my 98 ls and i wanted to know if anyone has a how to guide or what are some of the diffaculties that i might run into... i know that i need shiftlinkage, clutch, flywheel, pedal assembly, ecu, and im using a cable tranny i however am not going to convert it to hydro.. just gonna keep it cable! will i need to get new axles?? or will the ones i have work fine? fyi the tranny im putting in is an S1 out of a 92 ls teg... any help is appriciated i have posted in tech and noone helped so i figured id give here one last try i am in need of help.. t.i.a

hmmmmmmmmmmm im glad that you are the only one that came up with that dumbfuck! i have been waiting on reply's for i dont know how long.... search and if you find what i need send me the link... i have searched under numerous topics and havent found anything! aswell as posted a similar thread in tech!
