Default possible clogged cat?

well i still cant get my d16a6 to start, the blown d16a6 i pulled from the car smoked so much and so much oil went thru the exhaust, you think its possible the car wouldent start due to the exhaust line not flowing like it should maybe? today im gonna run open downpipe and this time try spraying some extra strength engine starter into the intake. its still throwing codes 6 and 20 but ive been informed that these codes will not keep from starting up, i gotta get this thing to start.....

Simple take cat off, hold it up to the light you should see faintly through the honycomb web of the CAT. if you can't replace it.

If the last motor went through that much oil it could be plugged.
