For those that are too lazy to go to the link, the RS are custom valved with your choice of springs.

 

Don't count on JIC USA packaging all the parts in the box. Their customer service is terrible, and it took me weeks to get my order correct. Love the suspension, but getting it altogether was a major PITA.

 

how long ago was this john? i have hear they have turned things around at JIC US recently.

my only experience so far with them is a few emails back and forth and they were extremely responsive, all within 24 hrs or less.

also in general, ordering in a group usually yields better results than single orders. hopefully that's they way it works out here.

 

Same here. It took a good 3 weeks to get my RS's. For some odd reason, there always seemed to be a confusion as to what spring rates they were going to give me eventhough i stipulated what i wanted.

Anyways, all that hassle was worth it in the end, as the JIC's are excellent for racing, imo.

 

3 weeks for RS's sound like an excellent turnaround. someone on this board waited 3 months.
