Default Evolution Driving School

I just thought i would Post my feelings on the Evolution Driving school.

Everyone told me to try it, So i took phase 1 when it most recently came to the DC area. I ran it on some completly faded Azenis.

My Instructors were Jinx Jordan, Dean Sapp, & Marc Dana. I learned so much that day. Dean rode with me first on that darn circle and taught me tighter and slower is better than faster and wider.

Dean left around lunch when we all were starting to get it together. then The owner of the schools husband marc rode with me. And he was a very good driver. and most of all made me feel very comfortable int he car. He even complimented my driving. Very good i guess for my first season.

i will take another school, not because i learned soo much in one day, but because the instructers were there for ME, and it showed, they were happy to answer questions and it seemed like they were there for the fun if it than the money!

Thanks alot Jinx dean and marc.

Anyone else had a good experience with EVO??

I just wanted a sticker though..

EVO was money that was well spent. The personalized instruction was incredible and effective.

It was well worth it just for the fact that I learned how to "look ahead" on the course. I learned plenty of other stuff, though.

I still need to get more aggressive, though. I don't have proper mojo and it's driving me nuts. Oh well, until next season...

A newly crowned National champion and the fastest FWD SM car (4th overall). How much more convincing do you need?

I know many talented autocrossers who are naturally adept at going fast without formal driving instruction, like that provided by the Evolution program. Unfortunately for me, I am not one of these people. But fortunately for me, there are programs like Evolution that can offer salvation and redemption for the poor, down-trodden, unskilled racer wannabes like me.

Attending the Evolution school made a HUGE difference for me, and I've been singing their praises ever since. Some of the best $$ I've ever spent.
