crx si 88-89 brake pads different from 90-91 brake pads

crx si 88-89 brake pads different from 90-91 brake pads
i was buying brake pads and notice that for 88-91 crx si, the front rotor size are the same. but then i came across the brake pads. i noticed that the brake pads for the 88-89 crx si are different from the 90-91 crx si. just wondering if theres a big differents between them.
