do JDM engine have a sensor on the intake? i was goign to get a j's intake and was wondering if i needed to drill a hole into the intake for it. does it come with a nipple area to put the tube that connects to the valve cover. let me know, thanks for the help!

 

obd 1 jdm engines have an intake air temp like the usdm counterpart. obd 2 jdm engines have the same sensor, because they run an obd 1 program. the black IAT sensor in the 99-00 si is not in any jdm obd 2 engines.
