Default Weight of A/C in '99 Accord i4?

I have a '99 Accord LX Sedan i4 manual and i was considerin removin the A/C. How much does it weigh? I wanna make sure it's worth it.

It's not well at least on a daily driver.

It's doubtful that you would notice any change in your 1/4 time at all. maybe a 1/10 but it would be hard to attribute that to the removal of the a/c unless you were super consistant on your times.

I removed my entire AC system from compressor, lines, condensor, to the parts under the dash. Total weight came up to 70lbs. This was in a 1990 accord though...

K thanks .. im just tryin to find some ways to reduce weight.. i did search and found a ton of ways.. One way is to get light weight rims.. im trying to find a 17" lightweight rim that is black or gunmetal.. any ideas? if you do please post site and weight.. thanks

i'd gut the car completely before I removed the a/c.

Removing a/c is something you really regret....especially if you ever want to sell the car...
