Shift Light hook-up...standard ignition...? where!
Just bought the Proform Shift Light.. there's three wires.
a)12v Ignition
b)Ground
c)neg. on Standard ingnition <----- where is this...?
I know it's some kind of coil, but where is it on my 89 CRX..? anyone..?

take the distribuitor cap off
tap it onto the neg terminal of the coil... u can see the coil as a black box with 2 wires once u open the cap...... make sure u put it under the terminal so u dont touch anything besides that specific terminal

you have a JRSC but dont know how to install a shift light .. thats amazing. must have just put some cash down and had someone do it for you.
