First off, do bigger injectors really help out and make noticeable difference?

you might not even need bigger injectors but if you did i think 97+ prelude 290s would be enough

I'm close to maxing out the 290's in my stock cam, stock bottom end, stock head itr...the 310's will give you some more room, a bigger cam would most likely like a larger injector.
