pre OBD b16 head with OB2 gsr block?????
will this work . i have a 90 SI hatch and i have a b16 in there right now. looking to do poormans type r and will it matter if i do a obd 2 gsr block or obd 1 and if theres a difference between them which is better to do itr pistons and such in?

Dude, why post if you are not going to read the answers you get.
it doesn't matter what year B18C1 you get. Any b18C1 block will work with your B16 head. The OBD1 OBD2 is not an issue here.
