looking for an 89-91 civic hatch only have about $2-3,000 to spend

 

I have one I'm selling for $700. The body is perfect except for a few paint chips on the front end. Interior is good, but needs a good vaccuming. It's not currently running though. It's not getting any spark, so it's probably due to either a bad ignitor or a bad relay, but I haven't had much time to check into it.

And, if you could find out whats wrong with it that would help me decide if i might be interested or not but at the time sounds like it might be fine. Oh and im also gonna need to know at least what state ur in cause that could make a difference
