i need to know if jdm b16 pistons will fit onLS with no mods. if mods are needed to know what mods so i can tell the machine shop guy

they will work as long as they're the same bore, but you may have to have the pinholes widened, and if so, have them re-shotpeened. can anyone else help me out on this one?

yea, they fit on the rods with no modification and -so long as you know what size pistons you need after they bore your cylinder walls- are a direct bolt-on

C/R will be 11.1:1 with the P30's(JDM) and 10.8:1 with the PR3's (USDM)

yup the jdm PR3 pistons will fit-standard bore

 

Yes, as most people said, they will fit with no modification. Just make sure they are the same bore. Stock is 81mm.

Hey, by your zip code, you're located pretty close to me. Maybe I've seen you around. Or maybe you have seen me. I used to drive a red turbo Integra with black Slipstreams. Sold it though.

 

i heard on ht ,that rods have to cut or shaved 1mm... i hope not

 

oink! we put JDM b16 pistons in my friends LS. runs buttah. no modifycations needed. just take them to a machene shop and say "PUT THEM ON BISH!" and they will.

you need to modify the rods if you were to use pct's or p73's
