AEBS intake manifold/Fuel Rail
This should be a pretty easy one. I'm getting a AEBS intake manifold within the week. Just need to know if the 1st Gen B16 fuel rail will work or do I need one from a 92+ or are they all the same.
TIA

oh thank you for that info bert-o I just seen a while ago where some one backed up there claims...glad to see its not worth it...
Just did this install today as a matter of fact on my 90 hatch. The first gen b16 fuel rail will work but you will have to modify IAT sensor plug or sensor for it to work. The way the rail sits, it leaves no room for you to be able to plug the iat sensor up. I just cut the iat sensor plug and used two of those female type wire connectors. I havent really driven the car yet to determine any performance gains, but my old manifold was so filthy that my car actually idles like a brand new car.
