Default look: this is what we need to stay legal with our rims in Europe

http://www.tuev.at/go/index.pl?l=uk&seite=kfz

if I buy an rim from USA or Japan which is not TUV certified I am not allowed to run it, so I am illegal with all the cool light weight rims. Does anyone know if Rota, Volk, Advan, Racing Hart, etc does have any paper ****, certifications, etc like the TUV testings in the link above?

Thanks!

Well I'm running on Buddy Club rims and as far as I know they are not TUV certified, but who cares

I didn't get any certifications or anything when i got the wheels and it never crossed my mind that they might be "illegal" here in Europe, if you don't do anything stupid what's the chance of anyone bothering to ask for your TUV papers?

I'd say f*** it and get the rims anyway, you'll feel good beeing a "criminal"

If a police man stops me he can ask if the rim/tire combo is registerd in my car papers, if not, he can take my licence plate and I have to ´mount the oem rims for car inspection and when I am at car inspection (you call it smog rev) EVERY Thing has to be legal on the car. So if he see my Volk rims and ask for the rigistered papers he will send me to the smog rev and when I am at smog rev I can rebuilt all the **** in my car back to stock. muahahaha

You have to right click on the link to show the properties and then copy and paste the full web link from that window.

H_T has something going on that shortens web links to prevent long lines for a web address.
