First you need to get a good set of tools. I like to use a dolly and hammer if there is any way to get behind the dent. Number one rule though: Try to straighten the metal as much as you can and then use as little body filler as possible. As for a step by step this should help out a bit
1.Bang out the dent as much as you can
2. Mix your body plastic up and puit it on your dented area
3.Sand it down flat
4. Prime
5.Resand
6.Paint

what if i cant get behind the dent with a hammer,? is there a thing called liek a dent puller , u put a screw in the middle of the dent then pull it out then bodo over it or something , any one know about that and what i do if i cant get behind the dent with a hammer?
Yup...its called a dent puller/jerker or a slide hammer. The one's Ive used you weld these little tabs on it and then clamp the dent jerker to it. Then you can pull it out.

If it's the fender just pop it off and see if you can push the dings out with your hands before you start hammering and such. I would recommend the dolley/hammer for this.
buy a new fender if your that picky
new aftermarket panel= 25 bucks + 50 bucks paint
or paint it yourself
if its minor
dont worry bout it
if its major just get a new fender
btw whats the color of the car
