Default MHR all-motor street car goes 11.54@116.5 at Pomona NHRA!!

the MHR N/A street hatch ran this past weekend in the pro all motor class since there was no street class for kicks and to see what the car was capable of. (bracket racing wasn't an option... ) the car had a few tricks up its sleeve obviously this weekend. the car ran a 11.54 @ 116mph and backed it up with a 11.55 as well. the 60ft's were consistant 1.57 ball park. on the 11.55 run...max lifted a little early causing for the slightly slower time....the car had 11.49's in it on that run being that upto the 1000ft mark the car was few tenths quicker than the 11.54 run. i guess a people were getting a little pissy since max was running a fiberglass hatch (remainder of the car was full body with the exception of a CF hood). but for a street car to run in the pro class is already hard enough...so with the marginal help of a fiberglass hatch thats a couple pounds less isnt really a big issue. oh well...it was a exciting weekend none the less...props to everyone who showed up and what not.

Im not exactly sure if i did or not im just assuming since the 3rd and final run was the fastest 60 foot. 330, 1/8th and even all the way up to the 1000 foot mark by a solid tenth.. but it was a tad bit slower in et. I think i might have short shifted a bit early... the run was super close my 11.555 to danny trans off pace performance of 11.557.. not too sure what happened exactly but i will have it all figured out hopefully soon.

Good ****...very impressive times.

You should have just thrown on some fiberglass doors since you were in the pro class.

weight is the same.. since i added in the roll bar mid season. i have made no other changes to the chassis. now i just gotta figure a way to get into the 1.4s with no wheelie bars.
