code 20 Electrical load detector

my ecu is giving this code, can anybody elaborate on this or give me any suggestions. The car really sounds like its about to start but havent got it to go

I believe the ELD has something to do with the alternator not functioning properly. You may have to replace the unit, or find a wiring glitch.
