gsr
skunk2 IM
using stock fuel rail and injectors & new bolts from honda
how did you install the fuel rail so that it seats correctly?
Did you use the OEM washers/spaces in between fuel rail and IM ?
Alll of the bolts are not the same length for the fuel rail correct?
did your stock injectors seat all the way in and stop with the O ring seals?

on my 94 gsr i had to remove those brown ceramic? spacers for it to fit properly. yes the injectors go in all the way. Just reference the way the injector rings seated before doing the swap and youll be fine.
Don't use the spacers.
Remove the two (of three total) studs on the ends and use M6x1.00x22mm bolts. The two studs on the ends are too long and don't all the nuts to thread all the way down.
You could replace them with studs of 22mm length, but metric studs tend to be pretty expensive from the hardware store (like $1.00 something each). Getting them as a part of a parts order from Baranco or Acura Carland wouldn't be so bad tho ($.66 each).
I just remembered that you can probably remove the two studs for the fuel injector harness stay and use those. Those are M6x1.00x18mm. The 22mm length is more than long enough, so an 18mm stud should work just fine as well.

Double-nut the studs and lock them against each other. Turn the bottom one to loosen the stud out of the hole.
If the threads are too far gone, you might be able to get away with vise grips on the shank portion of the stud. A little heat might help it along.
You can also try cutting a pair of parallel slots in the shank portion and using a 4mm open-end wrench to turn it out.
Get the M6x2-something length studs.
