Default Which Way would be Better

JUN Stage 2 Cams with there valve springs, and Titanium Retainers. CTR Pistons and shot peened Rods on a B16A

Crower Stage 2 Cams with there valve springs, and Titanium Retainers. CTR Pistons and Crower Rods with machine work, on a B16A

JUN Stage 2 Cams with there valve springs, and Titanium Retainers. CTR Pistons and Crower Rods with machine work, on a B16A

Which do you think would net me the most power.

Thanks

B18C with JUN III 85mm bore- but really I would not spend the $$ on the JUN setup if you're just getting stage II cams. That's alot of cash to plunk down for just some lame *** HP... I'm not a crower fan so I'll keep my opinions to myself there. I love JUN, but don't see a justification for those cams... or for the stage I cams they make either..

what are you going to do with that car?

I like option one with a thinner head gasket and ARP rod bolts, head studs added.

I would think for RR you would be looking for torque over HP. At that point also, I'd say CTR pistons, Mugen HG, ITR cams/valvetrain, good IHE, and seat time. That should be a decent motor, and won't be too powerful, or too weak. You'll save cash for other things that become more important, like suspension etc.
