Will a 5th gen manual tranny fit in a 6th gen auto?

Also, what ecm should I use? The 6gen manual or the 5th gen manual ecm? Is it a direct swap?

what engine are you reffering to? the v6 won't work, but all the f series (besides f20c) will bolt up...
