b16a1 with type r manifold throwing cel 3?

Default b16a1 with type r manifold throwing cel 3?
Cant figure out why it would be throwing the code. Anyone have any ideas...could I really just need a new one?

cel 3 is the map sensor.... did it throw the code before the manifold install?

Where did you route the vacuum hose to the MAP sensor from?
