Purchased a chipped P28 from him several months ago:

Was promised 2 chips. One chip arrived, after emailing him many times he finally said he found the chip - after telling me i should keep checking the packege. Then he sends it out, only for it to return because of too little postage. Then he send it out again - after several weeks and this time it comes back destroyed.

No insurance on it, won't replace it and now he says its not his fault so why should he do anything about it.. might be complaining to the Credit card company on this one..........

Lastly, I do realize this is an inexpensive item, but it still bugs me that sellers can be like this...
