5 lug prelude

Since the h22 swap is almost finished...how is it possible to get prelude wheels to fit my eg....itr 5 lug? or is it a different pattern...I know the older lude wheels are 4 lug but I was thinking of the newer ludes

ITR/CTR 5-lug, 5x114.3.

'91 and earlier Prelude wheels are 4x100, '92-96 Prelude wheels are 4x114.3, and '97-01 Prelude wheels are 5x114.3.
