Default d15b problem on my 89 hatch

i did a d15b swap into my hatch i ran a 90 ls ecu an i put a 92 dx distributor but i had to customized it its trowing out a code #4 i know is the tps senser how do i fix that and what distributor do i use i need help

bump..depends theres about 12 diforent kinds of d15b"s,, is it non vtec?vtec? what yr? could be dzzy or ecu, could just ned a 4 wire 02 sensor, who know,,need mr info ont he mtor, if the motor is 88-91 try pm6 ecu, crx si dizzy,if 92-95 p28 ecu,ex/si dizzy, and do u know what obd the motor i?? pm if u need help

i think he said its throwing a tps code.. did you reverse the TPS wires ? or was your car already MPFI?

Call J&C Imports and talk to paul, he's a honda master machanic, he knows what he's doing and will give you advice, just tell him you heard of them through honda-tech. as they are doing 5% off for honda tech members.

thanks i spoke to him i have the single cam vtec just in case u wasnt to know out of a 93 vti in japan

Greg,
Sorry if I was so short with you this morning, as we were swamped.
I try to give as much advise as I can without actually seeing the car. From what I gather, your distributor is the wrong one, but that doesn't mean that you can't wire it to make it work. You will have to get two shop manuals (one for the car and the other for that dist.) then go from there. If you still have problems you can call me again, but I might be busy. The best way is to come in and we can diag. the problems.
