Supporting rear bumper cover with no bumper bar?
no pics off hand but weve done it on my R , the EG race car and one of the Eks, as long as all the mounting hardware is present the bumper will support on there fine
I seem to remeber you drive an ef/ed chassis? bumper cover mounting is a little different on our cars. I think the best bet is to lighten the factory support instead of trying to remove it all together, that way you dont' have to come up with any creative ways of mounting the bumper cover.

yup, we had to make a couple brackets

I used some brackets on in the wheel wells to help hold it on.
But the most supportive piece I made is behind the license plate. There is a round hole behind the license plate on the bumper cover. I ran a threaded rod through that hole, and drilled through the car's sheet metal just behind it, put some nuts on either side, trimmed off the excess, and that's it. It holds it pretty well.
