what type of house of kolor paint is close to or is baby blue. and what is the glowing powder, it seems cool.

 

Maybe it's house of kolor baby blue? A lot of their colors are just "house of kolor ___ " [insert colr name]

house of kolor and cheap dont get put in the same sentence.......they have the best paint IMO and you pay for the best
my grandfather has been using house of kolor on his show cars for years and they always turn out beautiful
i would check their web site for more info

 

I don't think HOK is that much expensive. They are about the same price as any other high quality brands out there.

I recommend that you look up an autobody supply store: aka "Jobbers".
