Ok my 91 dx with the new D16a is pretty much done or so i hope, i just put in a new o2 sensor in, anybody know how many pounds i should tourq it too?
pretty much all i gotta do is bolt in starter and hook up the starter and battery then, im pretty sure everything is plugged in correct, any suggestions on anything to look over befor turning the key?

Torque the O2 until it's a little past tight
, I think the real torque rating is aroudn 40, you may want to use anti-seeze on the threads, I always do and it pays off when you have to take them out.

I was in the same position a few months ago, So anxious to get my car started after I put the motor together myself then dropped it in.. Then when I went to start it the ****** woulndt even turn over, luckily i double checked my work and realized I forgot to hook up the tranny ground

Well said, anti-seize will make things easier, and don't worry about torque on the o2. A little past tight is fine, there is no way the exhaust could loosen it.
