Default Wheels don't want to come off!/Need new Radiator!

Got a flat tire today and when I go to change the tire, the wheel is stuck to the rotor! What could cause this? Usually to change a tire, on the front especially, I have to use a sledge hammer or something. What's wrong with the front wheels?
Does anyone know where you can get radiators for cheep?

Take a mallet/hammer and hit around the wheel*if they are stock use metal if not use rubber* it will come off and its not stuck to it... that will not happen... it will want to stay but it will come off.

Have you tried kicking from the back of it, like lay on your back and kick the tire outward.
