Never thought I'd succumb to a "what does exhaust X sound like" post LOL. Search came up empty. Anyone heard one? They're not too popular around here, so I've never seen/heard one. Are they quiet? Low? Raspy?

Just messing man. I don't know but could'nt help myself. Somebody hook him up with the exhaust site. I think it's listentomyexhaust.com but I'm not positive.

So is it quiet or loud? If it's loud I'm gonna aim towards the Mugen Twin Loop.

Just be ready to spend an arm and a leg, but the S2000 exhaust is also a twin loop design (hint hint) which you could do for quite a bit less. Would'nt have the bling factor of the MUGEN, but is quiet nonetheless.

 

I would highly doubt that its load. Comptech caters toward the section of the market that doesnt want all the noise, they just want a better look with decent gains.

buy it used, but teh best bet is a comptech axle back used and a custom made mandrel bent piping or itr piping

 

I just picked up a used one for $100! It it one of the best sounding exhaust around IMO. Not loud nor ricey. It has a nice little hmmmmmmmmmm....hmmmmm kind of little rumble sound. It is by no means loud, but it is definitely noticable. Yes it is worth the money, even if it is bought new. Nice and clean looking! Comptech

 

i heard the comptech exhaust on a new rsx-s and ohhhh man my jaw dropped.

im used to my greddy evo, but the es-oval muffler makes it sound all the better.

still the comptech is best.

Does the comptech exhaust/muffler seem louder than a Greddy EVO2 , for example? Or does it fit in the quieter exhausts out there?
