94 and up LS and GSR OEM muffler the same fit?

Are these mufflers interchangable without swapping b-pipes?

94-99 LS and GS-R exhausts are different...

94-99 GS-R exhausts are like 4.5 inches longer because the A-pipe is shorter than on a LS

correct>?
