So i go out to buy a digi cam and I walk out of circuit city (btw i got the olympus d100, 220 dollars). anyway so i walk out and this is what i see I got his plates and vin too so i'll be talking to this ***** soon. There was little or no damage, only the slight scrapes on the top edge of the bumper where the license plate frame dug in. so I dont know if i should even bother.
but damn, if u hit me, at least back up so its not totally obvious! ******* lazy bad parker bastard!

Make that bastard pay! I guarantee you can at least get ~$1000 for that! It'll require new front bumper, primer and painting and installation. You'll definitely get something out of it. Call the guy and get him to give you cash instead of the insurance company. Otherwise his rates will go up.

Story: One of my roommates was parked at work. An old lady hits her parked car while trying to park. This was an '89 civic hatch and I sold it to her for $1200... Well, she gets estimates for a fender bender repair. And the old lady's insurance pays $1300! She got a free car + $100! Crazy huh? Do it. You can definitely win this one. At the very least, money for new front bumper. Then use touch-up paint and the rest of the money for mods!

my hood is popped because i was taking pictures of where i put my HID ballasts for one of the guys on the board. It was when i popped it and walked over to put it up i saw that he was touching me. oh well

Like i said, i admit I didnt do a perfect job but come on, is it neccessary to hit me when you park? And if u did, just back off a but so its not obvious that u just hit me.

 

If you went the insurance route it eould be impossible to prove that he hit you, and not the other way around. Unless, of course, you found a witness.
