Default quick q: are 94-97 and 98-01 taillights interchangeable?

I know that from 98+ the front bumper was substantially changed...which is why u need new headlights and such. But did the rear bumper change at all? Or can I just have a pair of '00 teg taillights and replace my current amber ones with them?

And while we're here... can I still use the same headlight BULBS that i have on my '97 for the 98+ headlights?? Or do i need to get some different ish for those too?

TIA

n i DID do a search, but it seems like everyone only talks about the front bumper in a conversion
