FS: Hondata modified OBD0 PR3 ecu
The ECU comes with either:
1) 29C256 chip with no program on it (ideal for Hondata)
2) Stock program
Work was done by sGT in VA. ECU is verified to be in good working order.
$150 shipped obo.
