Just recently turned in my car to the insurance company but before I gave it to them I gutted everything I wanted to keep. This happens to be one of those things. This is the first head unit I ever bought, mainly cause the security system IV just looks pimp, not really good for anti-theft anymore seeing as how everyone and their brother has one of these and knows what they look like turned off . I'm selling this because I'm going to try to keep the interior design of my new car somewhat the same, and this doesn't match. Call me stupid, but that's the way I want it. Specs:

* Power Output: 200W Max. (50W x 4)
* Anti-Theft ELKAMELEON System IV (motorized disappearing plate)
* BBE II High Definition Sound (3 levels of Bass Boost)
* CD-R/CD-RW Compatible
* Card-Type Wireless Remote Control (still have, a little scratched on the loop hole from trying to fit on a key chain)
* cEQ

Retail price on this is $279.95 but I'm only looking for $140 OBO because I'm missing the brackets and it has been used. Still have original instructions but if ever lost they can be found on JVC.COM. Sorry the pics I have are not of it actually on, but I can guarantee that it works. I was just using it as of 10/22/03. I have provided a pic of the display from the JVC site.

somebody kill this post by buying this sweet thing of a cd player, brackets are not necessary for the installation anyways, only a trim plate that has to be bought at a store anyways.. bump

I think that there is a chance that you are having trouble selling this because if someone really wanted it, they could just go to ebay and pick one up for $150 BRAND NEW. Like this one - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISA...39759. Just a thought.

next time i'll do more research, sorry the guy on eBay had them brand new, $150. Mine's brand new out of box, takin well care of. Goin for $140 (OBO) and free shipping!! Hell, i'll even put it back in the box if it means that much to ya, lol
