Besides the RE010, i know these are the best, but i need something with a longer life.

Don't do it! Don't buy a high-performance sports car, and then compromise its performance by putting long-life low-performance tires on it!

I don't want a high mile, low performance tire. I just want something that lasts more than 8k. $600 plus installation every 8k is just too much, anyone else agree?

My recommendation to you is:
1. Get an extra set of rims for long-er life tires (daily driver). (.i.e. Kumho 712's or Re730)
2. Buy RE010, P-zero, S-02/3, etc for weekends.

There really isn't a compromise...

Usually you want around 42 or so hot....if you want the car to rotate, put slightly higher pressure in the rears. Make sure you check the treadwear after your first run. If you weren't using all of the tread, take some air out. If you went all the way off the tread onto the sidewall, add some air. Hope this helps.
