I believe they are because the fake ones still say vision on them, but the gray part is foil, not gray. But I could be wrong.

 

I remember reading a post hella long ago about this... someone went into depth about the differences... and I believe the main difference was the housing... one was grey like yours, and the other was different maybe black or chrome... like the other guy said... but im not sure which is which. sorry not much help... but who cares, they're lights and nobody can tell wether they're real or not

those look real... most fakes ones aren't smoke.. and if the grey part and the black part are 2 different pieces then i think they're real..

 

Those are real. The fake ones still have the VISION embossed on the lens, they have the exact same product number, but the grey part is silver or in some cases chrome.

Grey part and black part are same piece on the real ones.
