ok i got a couple questions

what do these bolts do?



can i put a bar across one of them like this...

they are some of the bolts that hold up your bumper support.....!!!!!!

YEs you can....you have to get longer bolts and go to Home DEPO and get 1x1 in metal tubing....a 4ft bar is like under 10 bucks......cut it down to I believe 42in...I forget I did this to my hatch on the first set of bolts...I have the bar waiting for the 2nd set but you have to gut the hatch door and do cutting to plastic to make it fit..........but yeah..

Longer bolts
1x1in metal tubbing.......you'll be set!!!

doesnt Benen make a bar that goes there thats called a strong bar? i remember seeing something about it a while ago and seemed to be going in that spot

Was thinking of doing the same thing and got some 1x1 steel square tubing from work for free. Just need to get some longer bolts and cut em'.

Wow cool, I bet it does next to nothing.

If you're really gonna waste time and money on this "mod" then make it a DIY, the benefits are not worth a significant amount of money.

thats why I am going to make it a DIY. i dont want to spend 109.00 american (i live in canada) on a bar i can make for like 20 bucks canadian.

its my daily driver and ocaisonally auto x car. i dont really want a roll bar.
