How good are fiberglass JDM front-end conversion

I was just wondering how do fiberglass front ends compare to the OEM sheet metal style. Could you guys really tell the difference? Reason why I ask is that the low prices are really tempting.

i hear realllllllllllllllllly bad stuff about the fiberglass ones.
it's hard to get a nice finish on them too.

I read the fiberglass ones ones don't have the greatest fitment, etc. Besides, I wouldn't really want a fiberglass front end. The difference in price would never be great enough for me to risk quality issues.
