Just wondering what kind of setups you guys have. Here is my setup, Skunk2 intake manifold, throttle body, stage II cams, cam gears, valves, valvesprings retainers. Thinner head gasket new ITR pistons cold air, dc sports 4-1 header. I have an AEM EMS too so i was wondering what would be some good setting to start tuning. Where should i have my vtec engage, what should my ignition advanve be and what would be a good setting on the cam gears. Just wondering what some of you guys are using. thanks.

 

Did you get it tuned on the dyno yet? You might want to ditch that header, its probably going to rob you of power in the long run.

 

yeah i had a similiar setup with that wack dc sport 4 to 1 header.. Now i have a headertech header, custom exhaust and i got ten more hp. For my setup i got my vtec to kick in around 5800 to 8800. but once you get it tuned you will see where you peak out.
