Default ideling @ 2k

My 94 gsr idles @2k. after bout 20 min of driving it it goes back dowb to 800-1k. what could be wrong and how could it be fixed. thanx

She will idle high until the engine warms up. This is normal and is explained in your manual.

mine too, definately normal. yet, i have a damn underdrive pulley and my lights kind of flicker and my idle is kinda rough because of it. sometimes its fine, other times its sparatic as hell.....

<-----going to honda to get himself another OEM alternator belt pulley. is hating the rough idle and since is going turbo really doesn't need that little extra it may do. i dont think the mod is worth it to anyone out there thinking of doing it. thats just my 2 cents though. i hate the rough idle.....sometimes passengers think there is something wrong with my car (until i hit vtec , and they **** there pants.)

You should really warm up your car before driving it. I notice that my car just seems to run better if it's sat and warmed up. Some people will say it's bad, but I don't think it is. If it's not warmed up and you're driving it, try to keep it below 3-3.5k until it is.

whenever i start my car in the morning, it doesnt idle all the way up to 2000rpms. its more around 1250 - 1500 rpms.
