Hey, I am planning on getting a larger throttle body, and then port matching it to an extrude honed manifold that I am getting for cheap. Anyway I know there is the Holly 68mm, but someone on this board once told me that they new someone that would bore out the factory tb to 64mm for 150 bucks (i think it might have kenji) Anyway, I don't think that I want to go with the spoon because I have heard that it only makes power in the mid-range (which isn't bad) I just want to see if I can make more power more throughout vtec. Anyway, I have the JUN 3 cams and 11 to 1 compression. Do you guys think that I should go larger than 64mm and go to the 68mm?

 

why not go 70mm? If you want big...

 

Who makes a throttle body that is 70mm, but doesnt' taper down to the stock size?

 

Erick's Racing makes some big old honkin TB's ......

 

Spoon also makes a 70mm TB. I don't think it tapers though, just straight through.
