Not with an AFC..... sicne it modifies the factory ECU's fuel map...... you'll need two O2 sensors.... one for the factory, and the one for the wideband readout...... its actually a pretty common thing to do now

I can use this as Wide Band o2 sensor ,and with its help adgust AFC,or me needed motec?

it has both wide band output and narrow band outputs for your stock ECU.
