just bought a crx with b20, although it is very quick i am already used to the speed and would like to increase the quickness of it, any segestions??
vtec head...or do a headwork on your current one...port & polish, cams, intake, header...tuning.

Buy a supercharger or turbo bolt it on and roll out...friend had a b20 greddy turbo hatch and that **** was ******* fast...he ran bout 10-12lbs ^^

b16 head, stage 3 cams and valvetrain, ITR intake manifold, JG throttle body, 12:1 pistons, thin head gasket, good header, 2.5 " exhaust, straight through muffler and BAM, 12's no prob
doesnt sound too bad, i have never done any work on an engine before, so i would probly need walked through it, how much should it all cost me?
im not sure if i would go with a turbo or not, every one i have riden in has a a bit of a lag time on getting going. i like a real quick snap off the start.

That lag time is called turbo lag and you wont really get it if you use the right turbo like a t3 or even a t3/t4 it will spool up nice and fast thats your best bet b20 vtec in my opinion is cool but a ticking time bomb(thats a whole nother topic) good luck with whatever you choose

ummm................... http://www.b20vtec.com, i did b20 vtec and my car pulls daym hard now and I just Have sleeves 11.5 comp je pistons, ctr cams and I pull about 190-200 whp with a vafc and I love the damn thing had it for aobut 6 months still runnin strong
keep the non VTEC head and use the power band Honda has craftfully given to you, (and that the stock bottom end will support) which is lower rpm.
get some cams, light port work, bolt ons, you should be screaming.

Make it B20B-VTEC 180+WHP
Get a B16A cabel tranny J1 Y1 S1 shoter gering make Shore it not a LS tranny,
Next B16A Head complet make shore it's in good cond,
PR3 ecu non OBD b16A ecu gen1
CTR intake & ITR exhuste cam's ITR I.M. wet T.B. and DC 4to1 Headers wet 2.5 colt, and some Bolt ones mide to High 13.s I seen this set up runing 13.60 and some 13.50 ALL on street tires in your CRX

^^ yeah dont forget about totally rebuilding the internals. with low *** compression, you'd be lucky to get 140whp from a stock b20 vtec.

I will SMOK a CRX, 88 HF wet a ITR motor HAAAA any day wast of $$$$$ $5,000 for a swap not wore it to Me. You will only make 174WHP wet Bolt ones and Run 13.70 on stret tires, B20Vtec make 180+whp If U now how to Build Motor
