well kevin, you got a couple choices...
1. JDM ITR 4-Door Seats- Yea they make them. The require, little modification to fit, but, they are so hard to find.
2. USDM ITR Rear Seats- They are not a perfect fit, but your best bet is to maybe buy them do some modifications to them, with some work, they will work. Only problem is that the the ITR rears fold 50/50 when the Stock Civic resrs fold 60/40.
BTW... I am selling some mint USDM ITR rears.
3. Try to get your hands on some fabric/ or/ get a custom seat done. That would be more money then buying the USDM Seats and modifying them.
